A Great atmopshire around the ground today, for the West Midlands Inter Counties DTL, all be it on the windy side with some trickly targets to playing with everyone's scores...
So it was a Great thing that the shoot was won by a Cheshire shooter taking High Gun and Cheshire team High Gun and The Philip Hurstfield Memorial cup, Massive congratulations to Peter Relph on 100/297!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

There were numerous people that did so well today that it's difficult to mention them all, it was nice to see some juniors emerging. Especially well done to Archie Gale who was in a winning spot today !

It was a pleasure to host the event again, bringing some faces to our ground we havent seen before and lots of regulars that came for a battle between friends
and counties. It was fairly tight in most of the catergries with some great shooting from all the team members!

What a day, you just couldnt have got it any better, great weather, not a breath of wind, just perfect and so the scores started comming in, and it didnt take long............... The perfect 100/300 came in from one of the first squads, and so the day was set!...... it was just a waiting game then to see what would happen, there were a few close calls but no-one else could match it!
So A Massive congratulations go to Colin Heathcote for a 100/300, he took High Gun and the prize pot of £125!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

And so to … The War of The Roses between Lancs and Yorkshire, and it went down to the last squad but Yorkshire were victorious beating Lancashire by 88 points!!! 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
