FREE 4 WEEK MIXED MARTIAL ARTS BEGINNERS COURSE FOR PEOPLE AGED OVER 25 (BEGINNERS ONLY). LIMITED TO 20 SPACES.

Hi everyone, it is common knowledge that as people get older, they may find it harder to try new things. This is why we would like to introduce a completely free, no strings attached, 4 week beginners course in Mixed Martial Arts for people aged over 25, in the hope that adults may just find a new hobby! It can also be daunting for people to walk into classes where they know people will be more experienced than them, but this course will consist of all new beginners, trying a new thing for the first time.
This course will be for beginners only and consist of basic striking, wrestling and jiu jitsu. We will run one class per week on a weekday evening for one month.

As we are unfortunately limited to only 20 spaces, please comment or message our page to book yourself on, we also ask kindly if people could pass this post on to anyone they believe may be interested.

⭐️ SNOWDON SPONSORED WALK ⭐️

Hi everyone, Holyhead MMA Academy are going to be doing a sponsored walk up to the top of Snowdon on Saturday the 30th of November in hope to provide new kit and equipment for our gym. All Students will be given sponsorship forms so if you are willing to sponsor (no matter how small, anything helps), please either contact one of our members or message the page. If any friends & family of members / non members that would wish to attend the sponsored walk and would like a sponsorship form please contact the page. Everyone is welcome!

Hi everyone, we are wanting to give back to our community and give everybody the chance to try Mixed Martial Arts out, so until the end of the month we have decided to offer all new members their first month training absolutely free of charge. If you have been toying with the idea of joining an MMA club, now is the perfect time, everybody is welcome!

Class times are :
Wednesday 7-8pm
Friday 7-8pm

⭐️ CLASSES FOR KIDS AGING 5-13yrs⭐️

We at Holyhead Mixed Martial Arts academy are very excited to announce that kids classes are back! Are you looking for a fun and active activity for kids? It's a great way for kids to learn self-defense, build confidence, and stay fit. Plus, they'll make new friends and have fun! We follow a Mixed Martial Arts grading system which we are sure will allow all students adequately and efficiently.

We believe that Mixed Martial Arts is for EVERYONE, from all aspects of life. We also pride ourselves on making sure that training is affordable and accessible to as many people as possible.

Classes will commence in the next month of July!

Please note that unfortunately class sizes must be limited to 25 spaces, therefore we can only take on 25 students at this time. If you are interested, please get your child’s name down as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, slots will fill fast!
