Those who have done their grading may clearly remember many of these, but a reminder for all students....

Wearing a clean uniform and following club rules isn't just about representing your team—it's essential gym etiquette. Staying clean keeps the equipment hygienic, shows respect for your training partners, and ensures everyone has a comfortable environment to work out in.

🥊 Great energy from both teams tonight! 🥋

Our BJJ team put in some serious work on the mats, sharpening their skills and perfecting their drills.

Meanwhile, the boxing squad were still riding the high from Callum’s brilliant win at the weekend, bringing that energy straight back into the gym and pushing those currently deep in fight camp prep.

Hard work, great atmosphere and everyone pushing each other forward.
