Hook Norton Harriers

There’s been A LOT of racing happening this past weekend.

Anwen , Erica and Royston jaunted around the vineyards of Switzerland (more of this on Wednesday).

Richard SMASHED Ironman Wales in Tenby.

Jess, Jordan, Richard and Paul galloped around the Stratford 10k with PBs for Jess and Richard.

Sarah and Steve zipped around the New Forest Half with a new PB for Sarah.

Dave took on the epic Rat Race - a 100 mile coast to coast in Scotland with a mixture of cycling, hiking and kayaking.

Chris journied OP NORTH for the Great North Run.

Medal Monday!!

A team of Harriers took on the lumps and bumps of the - a club favourite.

Helen smashed the Bedford 20 miler 💪🏻💪🏻

James took on the inaugural Banbury 10k and had lots of great feedback - one to look out for next year!

Our international Harrier raced this weekend!
Anwen took on the 10k in the Course du Mandement.
Hot and hilly, mostly trail, through the Swiss vineyards, with w**e in the goody bag!!

HUGE congratulations to Susie who absolutely smashed the Oxford Triathlon at Queenford Lakes. Her first Olympic distance event and done and dusted in under 3 hours.

Medal/Marvellous Monday!

Congratulations to James for completing a whopping 30 miles at the Phoenix Running Community event in Walton upon Thames - quite the feat in this heat (a poet and I didn’t know it…..)

Also in all the build up to the Hooky 6 I TOTALLY FORGOT to shout out our wonderful Harriers team at the Coombe Motavation race. Gold stars all round!!

Medal Monday!!

This weekend Emma and Richard took on the hills and views of the Uffington White Horse Gallop. A glorious trail half organised by our pals at White Horse Harriers.
