We missed Captain Dave instructing tonight, but this wonderful gang smashed it!
I thought I’d put a nice toning playlist together…good gods that was sweaty 🥵
But I kept telling everyone to go to their happy place - and with possibly my favourite review ever, our gorgeous Michaela replied with “but THIS is my happy place!” 🥹😭

Tonight is the first class of September… and it’s a *bittersweet* one! 🥺

Our lovely Maxine Dore is about to go and have a whole actual BABY, so tonight is her last class with us before she swaps RockFit for nappies, sleepless nights and wondering what day it is 🙃

She’s been with us since the very beginning, back in the legendary Lime Tree days (top left 👀), and has been one of our most loyal, supportive and downright enthusiastic groupies ever since! 🕺🏼

We’re obviously going to miss her looooads… but we refuse to let her leave without cake, chaos and an inappropriate amount of silliness 🥰

So come and help us give Max the send-off she deserves tonight, one last dance before she enters the wonderful world of baby brain 😂🕺🏼

It’s so important to explore new bands, and a big part of RockFit is connecting up and coming bands to new audiences. I’ve discovered some amazing acts through RockFit, and the ONLY downside is my bank balance taking a hit because of all the gigs I want to go to!
