Sarah has been a friendly face around Oakwood for as long as we have been open! She enjoys setting herself personal challenges and her latest one was to keep improving her time on 3000m row. Consistency got her there. ✨️

⭐️GO GIRLS!

Our wonderfil Lisa, Sarah and member Cassie are taking part in Tough Mudder this weekend to raise money for the local St Catherine’s Hospice in Crawley.

A local charity with a big ambition – to make sure nobody faces death and loss alone. The hospice relies on donations to offer pioneering end of life care and support to people in Sussex and East Surrey.

The hospice is an amazing place not just for those following devastating diagnoses but also supporting those that love them. Cassie sadly lost her partner in April and the wonderful team at St Catherines assisted superbly.
