I love the simplicity of this movement, it’s a small gesture and a moment to become a little more aware of your breath & feeling.

Perhaps next time you settle onto your mat, you’ll look down at your hands and see them a little differently 🙏✨

Find your glow inside and out with my Luxury Crystal Facial ✨🧖‍♀️

A restorative ritual blending gentle botanical serums, hot towels and a melting head, neck and shoulder massage. This treatment is a personal favourite to perform, as I love watching the energy shift as the 11 crystals do their work and seeing it bring clients to a state of deep relaxation.
