FITNESSWITHEM is a here to provide personalised plans for each individual.
There are currently two plans available pricing at £5 and £15. Each is slightly different and each will be personalised.

The £5 is a one off payment were you will receive a personalised workout plan relating to your goals and a basic document containing meal ideas for either bulking or losing weight. You will also receive top tips for eating healthy and motivation and ONE check in via email after receiving your plan.

The £15 plan is a monthly payment were you will receive everything you do in the first plan as well as weekly one to one sessions either in person or online depending where you are based. You will also receive weekly check ins, updating me on your goals so we can adapt your plan to suit you.
