Missed the start of term? No problem, you can book the remaining term at any point for £8 a class. We offer a 14 day cancellation policy, so if the class isn't for you we will happily refund you for any unattended classes (but we think you're going to love it!)

Leaving the house is often the hardest part! Our classes are friendly and relaxed, we don't mind if you are late, if you're baby cries, needs a change, a feed or a cuddle! We are all in the same boat and support eachother.

Your baby is free to play with toys or join in with you in the exercises. Do what works for you both. The class is designed to be fun and engaging.
