We are now getting to the end of the current syllabus and these guys are absolutely smashing it! 🥋
The Swords as part of the weapons training has been something else. Watching the Junior Warriors pick up their swords for the first time and realise that EVERYTHING changes, the coordination, the movement, the way you think about defending yourself, it's brilliant to see.
All those Kung Fu skills they've been building? Still there. But now there's a weapon in the hand and suddenly it's a whole new puzzle to solve. They figured it out, and they had a great time doing it!

Really proud of this lot today! 🥋
We completed Part 2 of the instructor training for our class leaders this afternoon and they did really well.
A big chunk of the session was spent role-playing how to deal with disruption and keeping control of the class and I have to say, they handled it brilliantly. There were some genuinely impressive moments that even surprised me!
You're going to start seeing these guys appearing more in your classes soon as class leaders, so keep an eye out for them stepping up. 👀

The guys really threw themselves into the workshop and it was such a pleasure to teach.
