I have a new Spring Wellbeing Day planned for 28 March, here at Summerhouse Yoga & Wellbeing, in person in Horsham.
Join us for a restorative day of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, sound bowls, and (weather permitting) a guided woodland walk.
This special day is designed to help you pause, reconnect, and replenish your energy as spring approaches.
Participants at our Winter Wellbeing Day in January described their experience as “absolutely fantastic”, “perfect”, “therapeutic and nourishing”.

Celebrating International Women’s Day! Out for a 4 mile with Bunty & Lee. Remembering all the amazing women that helped shape me - my Mum, my Sister, my Grandma, my Aunties, my teachers and my best friends.
