Want to feel truly confident teaching pre + postnatal Reformer Pilates?

Working with pregnant and postnatal clients is the absolute best, but it comes with a huge responsibility.

It’s not about simply changing a few exercises or avoiding certain movements. It’s about understanding the changes happening in the body, knowing how to adapt intelligently, and creating an environment where clients feel safe, supported and strong.

Our Pre & Postnatal Reformer Teacher Training has been designed to give you the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to support clients in your regular reformer classes as well as specialise in this area.

You’ll learn:
✨ How to support clients through every stage of pregnancy
✨ How to programme effectively for the postnatal body
✨ How to apply knowledge around pelvic floor, diastasis and common considerations
✨ How to adapt sessions with confidence
✨ How to create the kind of experience that makes clients feel truly cared for

A small-group, in-person training built from years of working with hundreds of pregnancy and postnatal clients at Kin.

If you’re ready to deepen your expertise and become the teacher your clients need, we’d love to welcome you!

Before the training, knew she didn’t have the education to safely support prenatal and postnatal clients and the responsibility of looking after someone else’s body, especially during pregnancy, felt enormous without the knowledge to back it up.

In our pre and post natal reformer teacher training, we don’t just teach what to avoid but give our intrusions a whole new understanding of what the female body is capable of!

From birth prepping to third trimester movement and c-section recovery as well as things she can now bring to every client, not just pre and postnatal ones!

Spaces are filling for our July cohort, book the link in the bio to secure your spot now.

🤰🏻Pregnant clients don’t need to be wrapped in bubble wrap…

has been teaching pilates for 8 years and after being around the studio at Kin she wanted to deepen her experience with guiding pre and post natal clients. Now even in a group of six, with completely different bodies, she knows how to adapt creatively and get everyone to the same goal in her classes!

If you want to get hands on practical experience in our expert led pre and post natal reformer instructor training, join our next cohort in July.

“I thought postnatal Pilates was just lighter springs and slower movement.”

Before .beth joined the pre and postnatal reformer training she was second-guessing herself when pre and post natal clients walked in.

She nearly didn’t join because of the investment but we are pleased to say she’s so glad that she did! She can’t wait to get teaching and we are very excited for her!

If you’re a Pilates teacher who’s been avoiding pre or postnatal clients, or just winging it and hoping for the best when they walk in, this is the training that changes that! Join our next training in July via the link in the bio.

“My abs ache from laughing so much” might be our favourite post-retreat message yet 🥹☀️

We’ve just come back from the most beautiful few days in Ibiza with the loveliest group of people and we cannot stop smiling!

Think:
✨ Morning and evening reformer in our private outdoor studio
✨ Paddle boarding in crystal clear water
✨ Coastal hikes with unreal views
✨ Long afternoons by the pool
✨ Amazing food from
✨ So much laughter

The villa was absolutely stunning and gave everyone the perfect space to properly slow down, switch off and have a cheeky afternoon nap if they wanted!

Retreats like this are such a reminder of how important it is to step away from everyday life for a few days. Move, rest, eat well, get some sun on your face and spend time with truly wonderful people

And because so many of you have already asked…
✨ 2027 retreat dates are officially:
15th–19th May 2027

There will be limited spaces available (including only 3 private rooms), so if you’d like first access when booking opens, join the waitlist via the link in bio.

We already can’t wait to do it all again 🫶

We get asked this a lot 😂 How often should you be doing reformer Pilates?

As instructors, most of us aim for around twice a week.
It’s enough to build strength, stay consistent, and actually feel the difference.

It’s the same pattern we see in our members too...
The biggest changes happen when you start coming 2 x per week 💪🏻

Still on a high after our second weekend of Pre + Postnatal Teacher Training ✨

One of the biggest highlights was inviting postnatal clients in to work with our teachers. Thank you so much to everyone who came!

Seeing how different bodies respond in front of you is fascinating. It brings home how much the right cueing and programming can transform someone’s postnatal experience… and how individual that process is.

What works instantly for one person might not land at all for another. that’s where the real skill (and magic) of this work lies ✨

Working in small groups gave us the space to explore, adjust, and figure out what was going to click for each person.

And when it does click… it’s so exciting to watch.

Over time, you’re able to help people move from pain, fear, and constantly thinking about their pelvic floor → to running, jumping, lifting their kids, and just getting on with life without worry.

That’s the magic of this work ✨

It’s been so exciting to see our teachers stepping into this with so much enthusiasm. Really recognising both the responsibility and the privilege of supporting people in this stage of life.

Because proper postnatal support doesn’t just help people feel a bit better…
it genuinely changes lives.

We have our next training coming up in July.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us and want to figure out if it’s the right fit, just DM us — we’re always happy to chat.

Hattie xx

One of the biggest misconceptions about Pilates is that you need to look a certain way.
That you need to be strong.
Flexible.
Already “good” at it.

You don’t.

Pilates is for everybody.

Our classes are designed to meet you where you’re at, and help you build strength and confidence over time 💪🏻

If you’ve been coming once a week, you’re already doing something amazing for your body!

But if you’re feeling like things aren’t quite progressing as quickly as you’d hoped… it might not be you.

Often, it’s just about frequency.

We see it all the time; when clients move to 2 sessions a week, everything starts to feel more familiar, more connected, and progress comes much more easily.

Even trying it for a couple of weeks can make such a difference ✨
