Performance Squad’s Evie Lambert returns from the Commonwealth Games having achieved so much. She got to the final twice in the 200 IM and the 100 freestyle and came in 8th in the 200 IM and 6th in the 100 freestyle. I am told she had an amazing time - her friends at KAL / BOK couldn’t be more proud of her.

Congratulations and GOOD LUCK to Thomas from BOK’s Performance Squad. He reached the 50m breastroke national final placing 9th. Tomorrow morning he races in the 100m breaststroke. Go Thomas Go! 💪🏊🏼♂️
