First Event since august last year. Game is very rusty with some mixed golf played today in tricky conditions on a difficult golf course. Credit to all the green staff. The course was superb condition. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us. That steak pie was to die for 👌👌

Phil came to me as a new golfer. He’s been to the range a couple of times but struggled to hit the ball in the air. After a brief discussion releasing the concepts we structured the lesson around his movements and combining this with the correct concept will improve his contact. It is still early days for him but with plenty practice doing the right things progression will be much faster.
Simple drill to improve strike. Place a towel two club heads width behind the ball. If you can miss the towel then strike the ground after the ball your striking will get better.
