8 weeks of training, learning and most importantly understanding how the fat loos process works.
Hannah found it hard to eat more food Most people wouldnโt have asked any questions ๐คฃ but she trusted what we said and made sure she fuelled her body by having the calories she was given as part of her nutritional plan.
Thatโs when the fat loss process started.
Sometimes when you donโt eat enough food your body will slow down, youโll have no energy and it will hold on to whatever the body has left. More food means more energy, therefore more sessions, more steps and less restrictions when youโre eating.
Another 8 weeks to improve even further now. See you in the next course. Letโs do it ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ

We are delighted to share Tonyโs results from our 8 week course that ends this week.
We have some incredible results to share with you. At 72 years young, Tony has shown that nothing can stop you from achieving your results. Showing up week after week doing his 3 sessions, tracking his nutrition and doing his 10 000 steps a day. Fantastic effort Tony, your results speak for themselves; 6% body fat lost, 6kg down in body weight, 2kg up on lean muscle and dropped 5cm around his waist.

Eating calories at night doesnโt make you store more fat. The only reason cutting carbs after 6pm works is because you eat fever calories during the day.
You donโt have to do cardio to lose fat. Sure it can help to burn some calories and important for your overall health, but your calorie deficit should primarily come from your nutrition. If youโll try and get it from cardio youโll most probably struggle.
The โfat burning zoneโ you see on cardio equipment typically corresponds to a low intensity workout. The lower the intensity, the higher the % of fat that youโll be burning - but the number of overall calories you burn will be much lower too. So you wonโt actually burn more fat. Unless youโre training for a competition, focus more on calories in/out than ratio of fat burned/cals burned.
An exercises donโt make you lose belly fat. A question we get asked a lot in the gym what exercises should I do to lose my belly fat. ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ
Ab workouts make your core stronger but they donโt burn the fat off from your stomach! As long as youโre in a deficit for long enough and are super patient, youโll lose the fat from where you want ๐ - so stop the thousands of sit ups and focus more on compound exercises (squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls etc)
You donโt need to eat several small meals throughout the day. Itโs all about an energy balance. Calorie deficit and move more โ๐ฝ.
