Huddersfield Geocaching

Not been out for a couple of weeks so popped out this aft to grab a few local(ish) ones, not many cache pictures as that would compromise the caches. Some stunning views though.

Went solo this afternoon, grandsprog had a bout of the lurgy, decided to finish off the Camp and Cache series, it has been a lot of fun to have done this series over the past few weeks, there has been some very clever caches and lots of wonderful views. Sadly we had one DNF, the previous cacher had managed to drop the cache down a hole. I would highly recommend this series for beginners and more experienced cachers.

This afternoon we had a ramble around Pole Moor, grabbed seven caches in total including a puzzle cache. 🥳

Had a jolly good ramble around Deer Hill, picked up a few caches and Leo met some of the local wildlife.

Sadly just the one cache today, my fault, forgot to download the caches for offline use. 🙁

Finished the Gnome Valley series today, would highly recommend it, great views and great caches. Leo absolutely loved it especially when he found Bill.

Logged eight caches today, some pretty cool ones as well.
