67kg.
67kg.
67kg.
67kg.
The same number on the scale, but four very different physiques.
This is why scale weight alone tells us very little about someone’s health, fitness, strength or appearance.
Body fat percentage, muscle mass, training history, nutrition, genetics and lifestyle all play a huge role in how your body looks and performs.
So before you panic because the scales haven’t moved this week, ask yourself:
✔️ Are you stronger?
✔️ Are your clothes fitting differently?
✔️ Do you have more energy?
✔️ Are you recovering better?
✔️ Are you building healthy habits?
The goal isn’t to weigh less.
The goal is to build a body that is strong, capable, healthy and sustainable.
Stop chasing a number.
Start focusing on body composition, performance and how you feel.
Because the scale doesn’t tell the full story.

Half marathon ✔️
Not the time I wanted—injury management meant this one was more about holding back than pushing on.
But that’s part of resilience too.
Knowing when to push… and when to rein it in so you can keep going long term.
I don’t quit easily, and I’ll always back myself to dig in—but this was about adapting, not forcing it.
Loved the whole experience, and even better getting to share it with a friend and a client.
Now it’s time to sort the body out properly… and go again 👊🏼

✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT – AMY ✨
Amy has lost an incredible 8% body fat over the past 6 months 👏
But honestly? That’s not the real transformation.
In her mid-twenties, Amy came to us feeling flat, low in energy and weak. She’d tried big commercial gyms before, but they never felt right. From the moment she walked into BE Fit, something shifted.
She didn’t just show up.
She committed.
She trusted the process.
And she grew.
Yes, her jeans fit better… but the biggest change has been her confidence. Not loud. Not performative. Just steady. Secure. The kind where you celebrate someone else’s PB because you know you’re progressing too.
Amy has faced health challenges, but she has never let them define her or limit her. She trains with determination, resilience and a quiet strength that lifts the whole room. She is an absolute joy to coach.
When her 12 weeks finished?
She signed up for 6 months straight away.
That tells you everything.
She feels strong. Capable. Proud.
And now her partner has joined too.
Amy – the self-respect you’re investing in yourself is inspiring. We are so proud of you 🤍
