Ho.Re.Ca Recruitment started from the idea of our MD Davide Garbarino, whom after being asked to help his customers with the research of staff for there establishment, over and over again, He decided to put his 25 years experience in the sector to good use, and help the Employer and Employee to meet.

Davide grew up in a family that owned bars and restaurants, and he made his first cappuccino (with really bad results) at the age of 6. Since then his skills have developed a fair bit, through his past careers, from being a glass cleaner in a restaurant in the French Riviera at the age of 15, during his Hotel and Restaurant Management College, to bar Manager for Club Med in various prestigious holiday resorts. From Restaurant Manager At Chez Livio in Paris, to Sales Manager for a Food and Wine Importer in the UK. Davide has worked with plenty of different people, with different backgrounds, different religions and different ethnicity, and that helped him broaden his understanding of culture and experiences of Human Resources.
