For the fourth year running we have had a wonderful Yoga Earth Retreat at Cober Hill, on the East Coast, North Yorkshire Moors National Park.

A weekend to gather together and explore the mind and beyond.....through time on our mat, time sharing and in discussion, time by the sea and time resting and reflecting.

Gitananda Pranayama has had such a profound impact on how life moves through and with me, so sharing these practices via online classes for the last year has been beautiful.

Gathering in person at High Trenhouse in the Yorkshire Dales for a weekend retreat to dive deeper into some of the pranayama practices we have explored in our first year together was pure joy.

This will be the 4th year we have gathered by the sea to share yoga, and its always such a beautiful experience.

Plenty of yoga, good food, great company, with time to rest, swim in the sea, walk along the cliffs.

You will have your own ensuite room at this spacious coastal venue just 5 miles north of Scarborough.

Cost for the whole weekend fully inclusive is £425.

BWY Yoga Foundation Course
Starting April 2026 in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

A 10 month course, meeting one Saturday every month for any who loves Yoga and wants to learn more.

We explore all things Yoga, taking time to really develop what yoga means to you and how you can bring it even more into your day to day life.

There is an Introduction Day to come and learn more about the course, meet me the tutor and other students before you sign up.

If you fancy a weekend of yoga by the sea, Yoga Earth Spring retreat could be just what you are looking for.

Friday evening until Sunday afternoon gives us time for 6 yoga sessions and a free afternoon to relax or explore the coastline right beside our sea view venue just north of Scarborough.

All rooms are single occupancy with ensuite, home cooked meals ensure that you are well fed and cared for.

This will be my 4th year of offering a weekend retreat at this venue in Spring and it always creates time to refresh and rest, opportunity to get wrapped up in Yoga and the energy of the sea.
