It’s easy to remain in that constant cycle of being the same person, doing the same old routine, the same old habits that make you so unhappy!
Wondering why you’re STUCK
But the truth is you have to show up as your future self, the one who sets high standards, the one who pushes boundaries the one who says NO and owns that s**t!

Real science behind this, Psychologists explain that the more you embody your future self the easier decisions become. Such as deciding to get up that 30 mins earlier, maybe to take your vitamins? Take a little walk in your lunchtime to accumulate steps.. all things to support your future ❤️

DON’T EAT FRUIT AND VEGETABLES…
Would I tell my son that?
Absolutely not.
So why are so many people being told to avoid fruit when they’re trying to lose weight?
Whether you’re dieting or not, fruit and vegetables provide far more than just calories. They’re packed with vitamins and minerals that support your health, recovery, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.
They also add volume to your meals, helping you feel fuller for longer without majorly increasing your calorie intake.
Let’s be honest… I’d much rather see my girls eating an apple, banana, or bowl of strawberries than demolishing a 250g bar of Dairy Milk.
Yes, fruit contains natural sugars and different fruits have different glycaemic index ratings. But just like everything else, context and moderation matter.
One thing I’m incredibly passionate about is educating my team, and my son, about food, not just the calories in it, but the value it brings to their body.
Because food isn’t simply fuel for weight loss… It’s fuel for health, performance, growth, and wellbeing.
