The England and Wales Cricket Board launch a new National Core Cities Tape Ball Competition as part of continuing efforts to make cricket the most inclusive sports.

10 TEAMS from all over the UK participated and presented a high level of cricket.

Over Three years of formal requests - emails - accommodated visits by the local community at Fartown, Huddersfield. We have reached out to the local councilors and other members of Kirklees Parks through different bodies that enjoy their cricket at Huddersfield and also help in keeping the youth involved in different sporting activities. The mat has been a safety hazard and caused many injuries to the players that play on it. Kirklees Parks & Green Spaces need to look at this matter.
