Its not every day you get a call from the BBC asking for information about our classes and teachers - a new programme re dance and how its important for fitness and wellbeing : ) Cant say anymore at this stage ..................

During the School Holidays some of our kids classes break for the Summer at MoveatHD1 which means we have available space in August. Soooooo if you're looking for a short block for rehearsals or Wedding 1st Dance, a one off class, Photoshoot, or just a quiet space to meditate on your own or with friends etc get in touch and we can tell you what space we have available.
