UHRUFC Old Boys University Rugby played a huge part in my life as it did in others.
With the new 2010/11 team continuing the success of last years University Team of the Season the club is on the path back to it's old former glory days.

Happy Friday my naughty little treacles.
Old Boys 2014 is looking highly likely to be the weekend of October 11th. This is the last weekend before the uni season starts (1st league game the following Wednesday). Get saving, get your hotels booked and your shirts ordered for those that don't have.
We have 2 choices in terms of the actual game:
1. Play on the Saturday. It would be on the 1st team pitch at Lockwood before Huddersfield play. We would get more commitment from the uni for this as the students can't cry off with a hangover excuse. It also will give us a more competitive match.
2. Stick with the traditional Sunday match after the Saturday night. Student numbers are likely to drop compared to the Saturday but a team should still be available. They will not be as competitive as we would like if they are hungover to f**k.
Please let me know on here asap so that we can start coordinating things.
