Think you’ve got what it takes to conquer the Deadly-HD3-Deka-Fitness-Rox Challenge?

1️⃣ 400m Run → 60 Push Press → 400m Run
2️⃣ 30 Reverse Lunges → 500m Row
3️⃣ 1km Ski → 1km Run

Challenge 1: Take on any workout individually.

Challenge 2: Complete ALL THREE back-to-back for time.

In the wild, PTs can sit for up to 30 seconds. A patient creature, the PT. For only moments earlier, he explained the exercise in great detail. Yet, as if guided by instinct, the client asks once more: ‘How many am I doing?’ 🤪

From personal training sessions to crossing the finish line 🏃‍♂️💪🏼 Adam and Simon smashed the Lindley 10K today. Leading by example and proving that fitness doesn’t stop at the gym! Fantastic effort from both - well done 🔥

And a huge well done to all of our members who took part. Your hard work, dedication and determination paid off - what a great achievement 🏅👏🏼

Member of the week goes to Robert, who ignored both the heatwave and conventional gym fashion 🤭 Turning up in sandals may not start a trend, but completing a full workout with a smile on your face definitely sets the standard 💪🏼🔥

Fitness level: impressive. Footwear choice: questionable 😂🩴
