🥋 Rising Stars. Big energy. Bigger potential.

There is something special about watching our Rising Stars grow, not just in their karate, but in their confidence, focus and belief in themselves.

Every session brings new challenges, plenty of hard work and lots of smiles along the way. Most importantly, they are learning to support each other, keep going when things get difficult and be proud of their progress. ⭐️

Our Rising Stars are aged 7 to 11 and train every Tuesday and Friday at 5pm.

At Niko’s Martial Arts Academy, our Super Stars know that this position means one thing. We are ready to listen, learn and grow. 👂⭐

Martial arts teaches children that listening is about much more than simply hearing instructions. It teaches them focus, patience, respect and the importance of being willing to learn from others.

These are skills that go far beyond the dojo.

When children learn to listen carefully, they become better students, better teammates, better friends and more confident young people. 💪

First we listen. Then we learn. Then we grow. 🌟
