We are entering grading season and the first of our Golden Tickets have gone out! The rest are to follow over the next few days.

Here at NMA we do not rush the belts. Our ultimate goal is to help to grow confidence in children. Discipline. Respect. Control and Life Skills.

Our Golden Ticket system is our Team’s invitation to the grading, but allows us to work together with parents in ensuring their super stars are doing amazing both on and off the mats.

Make sure you come down to your sessions and everything will be explained in full for you all!

We want to say a huge thank you to Craig Burke for coming to coach our Adults Kickboxing class last night.

We are so blessed and honoured to have such a legend give up his time to teach us new skills.

Sometimes the biggest wins look like:

✅ Getting back up after making a mistake.

✅ Speaking a little louder.

✅ Pushing through a tough round.

✅ Helping a teammate improve.
