Just a quick one…

Or two if you haven’t primed the muscle on a different movement…I used an isolation exercise on the fly machine…

Incline press sets were as follows;

Warm up set: 30kg x 5 reps
Set 1.
40kg x 8 reps (felt really good so got ballsy 👀)
Set 2 and 3:
50kg x 6 reps and 5 reps. Mean these were 🤌🏾

Don’t waste energy if you’re trying to build muscle ! If you’re trying to work on endurance then you can focus on all sets but to a point the point still stands (mix it up a bit to bulletproof your joints and muscle tissue)
