Sooo. Sunday’s. Anyone interested in doing 35 mins of insanity (hiit) training before Bujinkan training? Would start at 9.45. Giving you 10 mins to rest/recover. Am thinking £10 for 4 sessions to see if it suits. What do you think? (Julie)
No training for Sun 5th Nov. Most people are away this weekend and so based on this I have decided to cancel the class this weekend. Training back on next weekend though. Adam
Traning tomorrow at active bodies 10.30 -12.30. Peter is coming.. eek!
Please note that there is no adult class tonight.
There is a woman coming from BBC 2 about a documentry they are making. some parkour kids and Tom are being filmed and the film company is interested in our adult Bujinkan class. Can. As many as of you come tonight to see what she has to say and see if it's something you would like to be involved in?
Can anyone get down to the dojo a bit earlier tomorrow?
