JRSC GYM is a family friendly community gym that welcomes all ages and abilities.

Let’s be honest, it is very daunting joining a gym and not having a clue where to start, not knowing what exercises to do, what rep range/set amount you should be focusing on, wondering if your technique when lifting is correct or maybe you’ve never been confident with free weights.

All of these above points (including any others you may have) will all be addressed in your inductions.

You are not just given a generic plan, your programme is personal to your goals and what you are wanting to achieve at the gym.
These personalised programmes are included in your membership and are changed on a 6-8 week basis.

The main thing that has to be addressed when you start training, no matter your goal is your current eating habit, you will be given targets to hit and ensure your nutrition is on point as you cannot out train a bad diet.

To help track your progress measurements, body fat percentage and pictures are taken regularly to keep you on track.

No childcare? No problem! You can bring your child/children along to the open gym session with you.

Family sessions are set times and days, so for those who have children and struggle to train due to childcare, these slot times will be perfect for you.

Here at JRSC GYM, we are not like your usual commercial gyms, no mirrors, no egos and no clocks 🤣

You are not just a membership number on a list, you will be part of a community, where everyone is friendly and welcoming.

1-2-1 sessions, small group sessions and classes are also available.

I’m so rubbish at posting on social media 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Here is my 121 client Richards 10 week coaching phase

Keeping to a calorie deficit, hitting daily step targets and putting in the hard work session after session.

No fad diets, no cutting out carbs, no endless amounts of cardiovascular training and most importantly still enjoying a social life.

Well done Richard it’s been an absolute pleasure, now on to the next phase 👏🏻

JRSC Kids Fitness Camps are fun filled Multi-Activity camps designed to stimulate children of all abilities.

Striving to get children active whilst having fun.

Camp Date: Wednesday 28th July
Camp Time: 9am- 12.30pm

Your child needs a pack lunch, healthy snacks and a drink.

Booking is essential as I have 16 places per camp

Training is not just about hitting your personal goals.

Mental health is also an important factor that many of us have battled with especially due to lockdown, so it’s nice to see posts like this that link the factor of mental health been improved with the help of exercise.

Open for outdoor one to one sessions from the 8th of March 🎉

I will be in touch with all clients over the next few days to get sessions booked in.

Gym member hold tight, equipment will still be loaned out to those who require it whilst the gym remains closed.

Thanks for all the members who continued to support the gym throughout these difficult times it’s much appreciated.

8 weeks progression with Jemma before we went back in to lockdown 😩 luckily all clients have borrowed equipment and are following personalised training programmes until the guidelines change and we can train outside/
