Last Friday the Shelley College KS3 and KS5 squash teams competed in the finals of the National squash Championships in Edgbaston.
A great achievement to make the final in the first place against what you can only describe as “squash schools” who have some of the best juniors in the country playing there. So for our boys to be competing for positions is amazing.
Both teams managed to finish 3rd with KS3 being very unlucky to not have made the final.
We’re very proud to say that not only do these boys represent Shelley college but the Savoy squash club with the respect and dignity that the game deserves.
Well done everyone involved

We have our very own Batman. Harvey man of the match tonight. Great win from behind. Sam played very well and should be happy with taking a game from an athletic player in Pete. Ben was up against it against a very strong player in Greg but managed to win some good points and showed improvement on the last time they played. Well done to all three juniors.
