There will an ‘Intro to standing Acro’ suitable for brand new AcroYogi’s plus an intermediate workshop where we look at some fun transitions and standing flows. Loved spending a week the beautiful .retreatcenter learning more about how to teach handstands from .wild.life & it really was a wonderful experience and which I’m using to kick start my handstand class!
