At Her Fitness Hideaway in Huddersfield, we specialise in strength training for women in a friendly, supportive environment.

Every new member receives an induction, so you don't have to walk through the doors feeling like you're on your own. I'll show you how to use the equipment safely, explain how everything works and answer any questions before you get started.

If you'd like even more support, I also offer one-to-one personal training with programmes tailored to your goals. Many women find that having the extra accountability and guidance helps them stay consistent and build confidence much more quickly.

Many of our members combine both, using personal training for coaching and progression while enjoying the flexibility of training independently between sessions.

When I opened Her Fitness Hideaway, I wanted to create more than just a place to exercise.

I wanted women to feel comfortable, supported and confident walking through the door, whether they were completely new to the gym or had been training for years.
