On a hot cloudless day and a tricky fast green Steve Shickell adapted to the conditions the best on Sunday to became the latest winner of the prestigious mens Hoyle Cup. Steve overcame Andrew Tanner in his semi final before beating the previous two years champion Richard Hartley (pictured with Steve after the final) who had defeated David Frost in his semi final.

Thanks to everyone who entered. The next competition is the Ladies Cup which takes place on Sunday August 9th.
