Superb bank holiday 1to1 body blast with Dan today..
Legs, Back & Biceps 💪 session and as now is very much the norm with Dan more PB’s achieved ..
Leg press up to a terrific 240kg and we through in some band resisted leg curls as an additional challenge..
Dan is an absolute joy and pleasure to work with he always comes totally ready to work hard , he’s committed to his journey , consistently completes his workouts at home and this commitment has been the very reason he’s had such fantastic results since we started working together..
A huge thank you mate it’s been a fantastic time working with you I’m
Blown away with how focused you’ve been and by the rapidity of your progress..

Fab 1to1 session with Janet today, the Swiss ball leg curls totally lit up her hamstrings then we blitzed her glutes ( B***y) with band resisted glute bridges for reps to really fire things up 😀
All topped of with shoulders & a real tricep arm blast & some biceps 💪 too..
Tasty little Swiss ball abs finisher to end her workout today ( not pictured) & she certainly felt them too 😉

Terrific session 2 of the week from Janet , this session was focused on targeting the muscle groups we didn’t hit earlier in the week Plus adding in heavy kb deadlifts super setted with Romanian Dead’s so we really hit the posterior chain … this is a Frazzler and done well can really get the glutes fired up 👌
Finished the session with a nice bit of additional core work on the Swiss ball with some prone roll outs .. Janet really felt these so we knew she was on point with form 😀
Been a really good week of workouts for her she’s really progressing nicely now !!

Yet another fantastic 1to1 session with Dan today, yet again another PB on legs press 220kg 👏👏🙌
There’s plenty more left in those legs I know!!😀
Dan’s progress has been brilliant continuously improving continually moving forward , a completely different physique and state of well-being ..
Absolutely over the moon for him , he sticks to his home sessions, has his nutrition working for him & not against him superb progress 🙌💪
This is all a takes , a desire, commitment and some adjustments bit by bit and you’re on your way…

Top 1to1 session with Janet , session no1 of the week and working hard on unilateral strengthening for muscle balance & proprioception to help here become more efficient in her own outdoor sessions run interval training for her cardiovascular health..
Finished this session off with some isolation work for specific support muscle groups ( not pictured) to help with more structural muscles..
Looking forward to our next session as Janet always comes bouncing in ready to work 😀

Fab Strength HIIT session from Jess , complete body session really got her out of puff this with a combo of strength work & high intensity body weight exercises..
These sessions have a big after burn of Cals so it’s not simply about the session itself but to continued calorie burn for 24hrs afterwards..
2 & 1/2 stone gone and now with some additional focus to aim for she’s really determined to hit her goals 😀🙌

Great 1to1 upper body strength workout with Dan today..
Boy is he going great guns at the moment big big change in his physique since we started and in recent weeks he’s massively moved forward 🙌
Two newer exercises in there today for added stimulus and variety as well as a challenge..
As always he takes this completely in his stride which is why his progress is so good ..
Love our sessions each week as Dan is really focused and committed giving it his all hence the consistent improvements 💪🏋️♂️

Big up for Janet today she’s really back on form now .. 😀
Great 1to1 session , worked hard and now caught up with pre tennis elbow strength so looking forward to moving this forward now ..
We’ve added additional variety and challenges to her own outdoor exercise program to increase the energy expenditure, the effort levels and to keep everything from becoming stagnant and to much of the same thing ..
This is VERY important as it creates a kind of shock to the body that stimulates change through new adaptations.. it also prevents mental staleness by keeping the body & mind consistently stimulated..
Have Janet utilising a specific timer on her phone 📱 that really helps her and even better keeps her engaged & focused on what she’s doing.. 🙌👌
She’s got herself nicely dialled in with her nutrition too so looking forward to seeing her progress..😊

Terrific resistance session with Jess today as a bit of a change up to Monday’s workout 😀
This was fast moving, NO recovery between exercises until the end of the round then just 45 -60 seconds..
This keeps the metabolism & heart rate elevated meaning a bigger effort & overall energy output..
Things are going well for Jess , she’s fairly easily maintaining her 1-2lb Weightloss per week and currently just shy of 2&1/2 stone lost .. together we’ve set the goal for when she’s going to hit this big milestone AND set the date for when she will achieve 3st ..
I really love this about her she’s fully immersed and committed to the process , understanding now we’ve worked on it together HOW to set the big goal then work backwards from that breaking it down into shorter term mini wins that will keep her focused and motivated as well as making it more readily achievable..
She now has an additional big goal to keep her inspired and motivated … her wedding day as she got engaged at the weekend 😀 huge huge congratulations Jessica 🤗xx

Great semi private session with my two fave’s this morning, working down the rep ranges as resistance increased each round ..
Strengthening and toning those target areas ready for their plans to incorporate some outside sessions now we have warmer weather and summer is in the way..
Giving them some additional sessions to implement that they will be able to do together after school drop offs .. 😉😊🏃♀️
Really love working with these two incredible and wonderful ladies they’re so much fun to help they’re just fabulous 🤗

Brilliant 1to1 today with Dan , every week we’re finding new PB’s in his sessions..
He’s really improving weekly and recently this has begun to show in back focused exercises where there’s been a marked improvement in each of the variations we use on rotation to create overall balance..
Introduced Dan to D/B decline bench press today as well to continue working around his anterior shoulder ni**le & he totally grasped that no problem at all 👌
Have to say I really look forward to our sessions he’s an absolutely terrific fella & ace to work with, so committed which is fab ..
Some newer goals & areas of focus now moving forward and looking forward to working with him towards these in the coming weeks and months 😊🙌

Another top semi private session to top off a fab week with two fabulous ladies..
Hit everything this week, bigger heavier resistance session to kick it off with followed by a more strength endurance based workout to cover all energy systems as we hone & tone those all important areas ready for some sunshine 🌞..
Absolutely love working with these two wonderful ladies they’re my version of Ab Fab 😉😂 always making me laugh, plenty of banter and generally just terrific fun 😀
