Online client 12 week testimony

Would like to say a massive thanks to Ashton for his help over the last 12 weeks on his online coaching programme! I've tried every fad diet going over the years and always fallen off the wagon then ended up worse than I'd started but with this plan I've learnt to lose fat in a sustainable way. The most important thing for me is that the plan fit in with my busy lifestyle! Throughout the 12 weeks I've eaten out, been on nights out and phase 3 came through December so had xmas dos and Christmas day and still managed to lose ..which has never happened to me over Christmas before in my life πŸ˜… through his help on the 12 week fat loss plan I've learnt to have things I enjoy in moderation and 3 exercise routines per week that I've really enjoyed and I could fit around my plans that week. I've lost 12lbs and an overall 31.5 inches! Most importantly I've gained skills that will help me reach my long term goals πŸ˜ƒ

ONLINE CLIENT UPDATE WEEK 4 VS WEEK 8
has seen some more steady changes Ona milder calorie deficit since week 4 and lost over a stone since week 1 ! we continue to progress between an aggressive and mild deficit over the festive period to account for more treatable food but stay in the deficit ! Keep at it bro πŸ‘ŠπŸΎ #2022

I have just completed the 12 week online training with Ashton. He has given me the knowledge I needed to get into the gym and start lifting some heavier weights. As well as workout plans he also gave me excellent nutrition advice. Having a weekly check in kept me accountable and on track. I have successfully dropped pounds and inches as well as dropping 2 jean sizes! My main objective when starting out this process was to be more confident, after having my second baby I felt uncomfortable and lacking confidence in myself. I now feel confident in my clothes. As well as giving me the best advice and knowledge to succeed I truly believe that Ashton believes and cares about his clients success. I would highly recommend Ashton to anyone so much so my husband is now doing the 12 week plan 😊 thanks Ashton I really appreciate your help!

I feel a lot more confident the training sessions are always fun and I have managed to incorporate the changes into my daily life in order to stay consistent .
