Lots of new faces learning the basics of kickboxing and our regular kids were really good role models and welcoming.

6 hours jam packed with kickboxing, games, food, laughter and new friendships.

Day 1 of our first ever full day camps

I can't even tell begin to tell you the amount we packed into today's session, these kids were so much fun to work with.

We managed to squeeze in a short session around friendship and bullying, each child went home with a worry box to use at home or take into school

One pair of besties gave us a jujitzu demo and taught some break falling which I absolutely loved

Hopefully everyone enjoyed themselves, learned something and went home happy and tired
