This one has to landđđ˝
Youâve had a plan before. Maybe a few.
You followed it HARD⌠for a bit.
All in, obviously. Thatâs how we roll. đ
Then work got busy. The kids got ill. The holiday you did it for passed. Life happened.
And before you knew it, you were back at square one.
Or square minus five.
Itâs not that you didnât want it enough.
Itâs that you were following a plan instead of building a standard.
A plan works when everythingâs perfect.
A standard holds no matter whatâs going on.
Thatâs the work inside team TTC.
The habits, the mindset, the structure that keep you in shape when lifeâs full on, not just when itâs quiet.
You donât need another restart.
You need to become the person who never drops below zero in the first place.
If thatâs what you want, message me âLIFESTYLE.â
Letâs build something that holds.

Four Weeks on the road with Bring Me The Horizon.
New city every few days. Hotel rooms. Late nights. Catering tables. Restaurants you donât pick yourself.
Hereâs what kept me on track the whole time.
1. Train but adapt.
I didnât miss a session. I also didnât pretend I had a full gym every day. Whatever the hotel had. Whatever the arena venue had. And whatever was in our travel box of dumbbells and a bench. Body weight in the room at 7am If I had to.
Some days it was 35 minutes, some days it was an hour. The standard stayed. The method flexed. Most people cancel the session because the conditions arenât perfect. Thatâs not a training problem. Thatâs a standards problem.
2. Simplify and track loose.
I stopped trying to be perfect and started being consistent. Protein first, every single meal. Find the places with calories on the menu. Build the plate around what you know works.
When youâre travelling youâre not going to hit your numbers exactly and thatâs fine. The goal isnât precision. The goal is to stay close enough that nothing unravels. Loose tracking over 4 weeks beats perfect tracking for two weeks then nothing at all.
3. Choose your moments.
This is the one most people get wrong. They either lock everything down, restrict fully and white knuckle through the whole trip, or they tell themselves theyâll âenjoy itâ and proceed throw everything out the window.
Neither works.
I enjoyed every city. Good food. Good nights. Zero guilt. Because I chose deliberately. I didnât just react to whatever was in front of me.
Thereâs a line where pleasure tips into pain and most people donât notice theyâve crossed it until theyâre well past it. A great meal becomes a great meal plus dessert plus four drinks plus the same again tomorrow because youâre already off track anyway.
Pick the moments that are actually worth it. Be present for those. Let the rest go without a second thought.
You can travel, work away, and still come back in better shape than when you left.
It just takes a system not willpower.
If you want me to show you how we do this, message READY and Iâll walk you through it.
