The start of the season is finally upon us and our 1st XI start the season by hosting newly promoted Windhill Cricket & Athletics Club for a 12 noon start.

How do you spend your Sunday?💪🏼
I use mine to reflect on the week just gone and plan for the week ahead… planning for clients, my own training and other jobs I need to get done.
When planning my week, I make sure there’s structure and a clear goal at the end, making sure it is flexible and that I can change it at anytime due to life throwing things at you but that’s why you should be able to adapt and over come 💪🏼
