This Saturday, Woolpack FC wraps up the season with a competitive friendly that’s sure to bring a good contest and plenty of effort from both sides. After the final whistle, we’ll head to the pub for drinks and our presentation night to celebrate the season together. 🍻⚽
Almondbury Woolpack Reserves delivered a dominant performance as they won against Kirkburton Reserves with an emphatic 6–1 victory. Leading the charge was Courtney, who bagged an impressive hat-trick, showcasing clinical finishing throughout the match. Reuben added to the tally with a well-taken brace, while Brooky capped off the scoring with a composed finish of his own.

Almondbury Woolpack secured a strong 5–2 win over Hade Edge with an impressive attacking performance. Clinical finishing and good teamwork helped Woolpack control the game, while Hade Edge battled hard throughout. A well-deserved victory for Almondbury after an entertaining contest.

The First Team continued their excellent form with a convincing 4–1 victory over Linthwaite in the second round of the Barlow Cup, extending their unbeaten run to seven games. Courtney Allert was the star of the show, scoring all four goals in a dominant performance. The Seconds, however, bowed out of the Richardson Cup after a tough 5–2 defeat against Britannia.
