You’ve tested your strength.
You’ve battled through the workout.
Now comes the final test…
The one that separates those who can perform from those who can keep performing when fatigue takes over. 🔥

20 Minutes to Establish:

⚠️ Athletes must swap machines at the 10-minute mark.
No barbells.
No gymnastics.
No hiding.
Just 20 minutes of grit, pacing and relentless effort.
The challenge sounds simple: accumulate as much work as possible.
The reality? Your legs will already be carrying the fatigue of heavy lifts, cleans, burpees and muscle-ups. Now you’ll need to dig deep and keep moving when every part of you wants to slow down.
This is where partnerships matter.

Why should we all be able to hang? 🤔
It might look simple, but hanging from a bar is one of the most underrated things you can do for your health and fitness.
✅ Improves grip strength – one of the biggest indicators of overall strength and healthy ageing.
✅ Builds stronger shoulders – helping improve stability, mobility and resilience for everyday life.
✅ Decompresses the spine – after hours spent sitting at desks, driving or looking at screens, hanging can feel amazing.
✅ Develops confidence – whether your goal is your first pull-up, monkey bars with the kids, or simply moving better, it all starts with being comfortable hanging.
✅ Functional fitness for life – climbing, carrying, lifting, reaching… strong hands and shoulders make everything easier.
The best part? You don’t need to be able to do a pull-up. Just hanging is a skill worth practising.
At CrossFit Huddersfield we scale it for everyone. Some members hang with both feet off the floor, some use a box, and some build up a few seconds at a time. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress. 💪
