From Monday 5th October Kara will be based at RAW Kids Gymnastics in Slaithwaite every Monday.
Many of our members are clients of Kara’s already but you don’t need to be a member to take advantage of her services.

Kara is a holistic and remedial therapist with over 12 years’ experience, offering personalised bodywork, lymphatic therapy and advanced facial treatments.

Her approach blends clinical techniques with restorative, nervous-system-led care, creating treatments that are both effective and deeply calming. Every session is tailored to the individual, helping to ease tension, support movement and encourage a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.

Kara’s treatments are ideal for anyone looking for effective hands-on therapy without losing the deeply restorative side of treatment, including those wanting support for recovery, mobility and muscle tension alongside regular training. People ask what actually happens in a RAW class, so here it is.

Stations set up before you arrive. A warm-up that looks like a game. Circuits with a coach at each one. Skills broken down small enough that every child gets a win. A bit of free play. Then home, usually asleep in the car.

It is structured, but it never feels like a lesson.

A gentle word to the parents watching RAW Kids Gymnastics from the side.....

We see you looking at the mats. We see you thinking about it. You're remembering being nine, and you're thinking that a cartwheel is probably still in there somewhere.

Sadly this class is not for you, but all of our RAW Kids classes are held in fitness spaces and the owners would LOVE to help you get your fitness journey started!

But leave the gymnastics to the small ones.
