Short on time? No problem. ⏰💪🏻
A great warm-up doesn’t need to take 30 minutes.
If you’ve only got 5-10 minutes, all you need is a little space and a plan that follows the RAMP principles:
✅ Raise body temperature
✅ Activate key muscle groups
✅ Mobilise important joints
✅ Potentiate for the work ahead
Set up a 5-10m lane and work through:
➡️ Mechanical Bear Crawl
➡️ Gymnastic Bear Crawl
➡️ Pike Walk to Cobra
➡️ Table Top Bridge Walk
➡️ Samurai Walk
➡️ Inchworm to Hollow Push-Up
➡️ Duck Walk
➡️ Arabesque
➡️ Overhead Walking Lunge
This simple sequence from will elevate your heart rate, challenge coordination, open up the shoulders and hips, activate the trunk, and prepare you for almost anything the session throws your way 👏🏻
Remember: the goal of a warm-up isn’t to get tired.
It’s to get ready.
Save this one for your next training session 🙌🏻
