To our Rowdies teams — go and smash it! You’re more than capable of doing so. Most importantly, don’t forget to enjoy every single second of the season. Make memories, have fun and be proud of everything you achieve along the way.

To all our coaches — keep doing the amazing job you’re doing. You might not always feel like your hard work is appreciated, but we can assure you that it absolutely is. The time, effort and commitment you put in makes such a difference to our players and the club.

And finally, to all the parents standing on the sidelines in every kind of weather, cheering the teams on — you might not always feel like you’re important, but you really are. Without your commitment, support and encouragement, our children wouldn’t be able to do what they simply love.

So, to every player, coach, parent and team — good luck for the season ahead!

🤝 Building partnerships. Growing our club. Inspiring the next generation.

Over the past couple of days, we've been delighted to welcome Isla from Inspire2Ignite to Jubilee Park, where she has been working alongside our Chairman and U14 Whites Manager, Jamie Archer.

After spending time planning for tonight's session, Isla joined us at U14 training to experience grassroots football first-hand. She also learned more about how our club operates, the incredible work of our volunteers, and some of the challenges faced by community football clubs.

It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase what Rowdies is all about and explore how we can work together to create even more opportunities for our players, volunteers and the wider community.

A huge thank you to Isla for spending time with us. We've thoroughly enjoyed having you at the club, and you'll always be welcome at Jubilee Park. We look forward to continuing to build this exciting partnership with Inspire2Ignite.

🤝 Building partnerships. Growing our club. Inspiring the next generation.
