What’s your favourite thing about Dynamix? 💚

Martin has been with us for years and has seen pretty much every stage of the Dynamix journey.

From Bootcamps in fields and car parks, through all the early stages, to now training with us in our own facility.

For Martin, it’s not just about getting fitter or stronger. It’s about having somewhere to come after a long day, switch off, clear his head and enjoy training with people he’s got to know over the years.

He’s seen the community grow, made friendships along the way and been part of Dynamix long before we ever had a gym to call our own.

That’s what makes stories like Martin’s mean so much to us.

Dynamix has changed a lot over the years, but the people and the community have always been at the centre of it.

From fields and car parks to where we are today. 💚

This isn’t just an Open Day. 💚

On Saturday 19th September, 9:00–13:00, we’re opening the doors at Dynamix Fitness Sawtry for a morning centred around fitness, community and connection in support of Su***de Awareness Month.

Whether you’re already part of Dynamix or you’ve never stepped through our doors before, you’re welcome to come down, have a look around, meet the team and spend some time with the community.

We’ll also have Matcha & Bean joining us on the day, serving up their drinks while we bring everyone together for a relaxed social morning.

Expect:

* Gym tours
* Meet the Dynamix team
* Free training session
* Food & drink
* Matcha & Bean
* A chance to connect with other members and the local community

Mental health matters, and sometimes simply getting people together, talking and feeling part of something can make a difference.

Dynamix Fitness Sawtry is built around one thing: giving you a proper training environment, without the big chain feel.

A quick update on Silverstone Gym 🏋️‍♂️

We’re currently waiting on legals and some of our kit deliveries before we can confirm our opening date. Trust us, we’re just as eager as you are to get the doors open!

The enquiry list has been absolutely insane, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the support and excitement surrounding the gym. We wanted to put this video out just to keep everyone in the loop and let you know that we’re working as hard as we can behind the scenes to get everything sorted.

A huge thank you to all of our Sawtry members for being a part of our gym. Together, we’ve built an incredible community from the ground up, and we’re so excited for what’s to come as we continue to grow. Without everyone’s support and belief in us, we wouldn’t be where we are today.

To think that just 18 months ago we opened gym number one, and now we’re in a position to open a second site. I’m honestly still lost for words.

Opening a gym was always a dream of mine. Pushing myself has been both my greatest achievement and biggest challenge, because the stress, worry, and anxiety over the years can really eat you up. But overcoming those fears and believing in yourself shows that you truly can achieve anything.

I still have my moments, I’m only human (although “superhuman” sounds more accurate 😉).

To be able to offer the experience and community we’ve built so far is something I’m incredibly proud of.
