Next Generation Personal Training has suspension training starting up again on the 28th of September. 6 weeks for Β£30 is a great deal!!

They also have a stretching and recovery class starting up. These 30 minute classes will be great to help with achy and sore muscles from the gym. Message them for more information snd to book a space!

**UPDATE**
The tuesday evening course is now full. There is 1 space available for the wednesday morning course.

We have a spaces available on our next Suspension Training courses.

There are 3 spaces available on our Tuesday evening course at 7.30pm starting on the 31st May.

There are 2 Spaces available on our Wednesday morning course at 9.30am starting on the 1st June.

These session will provide you with a full body workout with out the need for gym equipment. All exercises are body weighted and resistance can be adjusted while you are working. This means everyone can do the same exercise together no matter your strength level.

The courses are 6 weeks for Β£36. Please message us for more information and to book your space. The sessions are held at Room 13 Fitness in Hythe. Spaces are limited and will be booked on a first come first served basis.

A polite reminder for all those who attend our classes. The class prices have now gone up to Β£7.50 per session. If you are doing back to back sessions (circuit training & bag blast) this will be Β£13 for both sessions. You can block book 8 sessions for Β£56 and get your 9th class for free.

With summer approaching quickly we are planning an early morning 6 week indoor bootcamp course. In order for this to a success we would like some feedback from you to help us plan the best possible course.

What time would prefer 5am, 5.30am or 6am?

Sessions will be an hour.

Would you prefer 3 sessions per week (18 in total) or 5 sessions per week 30 in total?
