Merry Christmas all, I hope you have had a wonderful few days. For those who have had a bit too much celebrating for a few days, Bootcamp is ON…. Please note some different days and times for one week only!

Thank you to everyone who supported our coffee morning, it was lovely to catch up and eat cake!!

In full prep mode for our Charity Christmas Coffee and cake morning on Friday 🍰🎄

The hamper is bursting with Christmas goodies, plus some lovely pampering bits with a massage and Tropic treats, then you can follow it up with some free Bootcamp’s as there is an extra voucher too!

I know some of you cannot make it but would like raffle tickets. These are £5 each and you can make a donation directly to our just giving page (in bio), make sure you pop your name on, if you are doing gift aid please do not put it’s for a raffle!! Then DM me and I will allocate your tickets for the draw. You have until 12pm on Friday.

Hi everyone, I know it’s been a loooooong time since I have posted anything and I am sorry! I am rubbish at SM although I do think about posting every single day 🙈.

To ease you (and me) back in here are a couple
of interesting podcasts I have listened to this week that I think many of you will be interested in.

The first is a menopause and exercise one by Dr Stacy Sims, she wrote R.O.A.R and has released a second book I have just ordered.

The second is about how we should amend our eating as we age and the key stages in our life that are specifically affected by what we eat. Especially interesting on early years… from 3 months pre conception to age of 2, teenagers and later in life and how you can protect yourself against health related diseases early as well as still being able to add 6yrs to your life in your 70s!

Both are super easy to listen to… let me know what you think!

Be careful ladies…..

We're appealing for information following reports of indecent exposure in Hythe.

On Thursday 11 January 2024, it's reported that a man indecently exposed himself to two women who were walking along Marine Parade at around 4.20pm.

It's also alleged that a man exposed himself in Ladies Walk, at around 5pm on Friday 12 January 2024, after approaching a woman who was walking in the area and attempting to make conversation with her. A further call reported a man loitering in Ladies Walk before indecently exposing himself to a woman, who was walking in the area at around 6pm on the same day.

Investigating officers are currently linking these three incidents and urge anyone with information to come forward. You can contact Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting reference 46/6261/24.
