Better late than never ...

I just want to say the 6 week challenge has been life changing for me .

I’d fractured my spine in January and had ended up with much more than a Covid muffin top. I had been previously pretty active and having not been able to exercise, it got to a point where I knew I had to try and do something . I was also thinking that I can’t buy a new wardrobe...so I signed up.

I was initially very cautious because I was still having physio, but having spoken to Alistair I was relatively confident that I wasn’t going to damage anything and that this would work. I needn’t have worried.

From the get go it has been great - the coaching , the encouragement , the nutritional advice ,the checking in , the classes ... everyone has been really friendly - it’s a real community. Because of my back, exercises are adapted and I was even signed off by the physio as I was getting stronger and much more flexible.

As for my results - well I lost 4kg and 52 cms in total. And yes - I’ve continued and can’t think of life without AGF ! Thank you 😊
Completing 100 sessions with AGF has taken me from a physically compromised individual after suffering a serious achilles injury to completing the 3 Peaks Challenge and feeling so much stronger and capable in the space of a year. Alistair, Sam and Sarah make a great team, always positive, always fun. Thanks AGF!
To anyone reading this who is thinking of signing up to the 6 Week Challenge, has just signed up or is at the beginning of their journey I say embrace it, you won't regret it. Now go smash it like we have all have done and enjoy your results too! 💪🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

Just want to say thank you to Alastair and Jaimee-ann for making last night a great night. You did an amazing job on putting it altogether and with the decorations as well. Got a headache even though I don't drink, feet hurt and very tired but apart from that thank you 😊😊 xx

You don’t need a sauna suit or spend and hour going up some fake stairs ⁣

(Why the fcuk would you pay for a gym membership to go up some stairs…🤦‍♂️) ⁣

You can spend that hour doing strength training to prevent yourself from getting in a wheel chair at an earlier age ⁣

Fat loss… ⁣

1) manage your calorie intake ⁣
2) aim higher protein ⁣
3) increase step count ⁣
4) sleep 7 to 9 hours every night ⁣

Trust me, that will be much more beneficial than that load of wank⁣

Isn’t actually for ourselves, it’s to show off in front of others.

If you were not too see anyone again for the rest of your life, you wouldn’t give a f**k about what you look like or what you have.

Because no one would see it.

So don’t complicate your goals in life to impress people you don’t give a f**k about.

“But it’s to impress my family & friends”

True friends don’t care, they are more worried if you’re wanting to go for a burger or go out for a coffee

not about your car, six pack/ flat stomach or mansion house.
