Menβs Mental Health Month π
This June, here at ITYFC we recognise Menβs Mental Health Month and the importance of checking in with the men and boys in our lives.
Mental health is just as important as physical health. Whether youβre a player, coach, volunteer, parent, supporter or friend, remember that itβs okay not to be okay and itβs okay to ask for help.
A simple conversation can make a huge difference.
π Check in on a friend
π Listen without judgement
π Encourage support when needed
π Remind others they are not alone

π OUR UNDER 14βs ARE CHAMPIONS!!!! π
The U14 Hawks travelled to the Colyton Summer Tournament on Sunday in beautiful scorching conditions, the team worked so hard letting in just the one goal all day and scoring a hat full, we walked away Winners of the tournament and very well deserved.
Huge thanks to our sponsor Shades of Colour Somerset, to all the players, coaches and families for making it such a lovely day out and a memorable one for all of us.
Thank you to Colyton Youth Fc for a very well organised event, if anyone fancies a change from the norm to test yourselves against different opposition from the Exeter league would highly recommend ππ
Well Done Hawks πππ
