Well done young man!!!
Ladies introduction to golf.

Ever thought about or fancied getting started at golf?

Well, now’s your chance…….

On Saturday 23rd April at 3pm the ladies have set up a little fun skills course.

There will be clubs to use, balls to skelp, and laughs to be had.

The afternoon will start with an explanation of the areas to try out, clubs and balls issued where needed and off you go. Our lady members will be about to keep an eye on you and try out their skills too.

After having a wee shottie in all the areas, there will be a Mexican buffet up the stairs in the Clubhouse.

And all for free!!!

Names to IGC - 01349852715/07809643682

As a follow up, we have Ross, our golf professional, in place to offer you 5 x 45minute golf lessons on Wednesdays 7.30 - 8.15pm.

These lessons will cost £20 for the 5 lessons - what a bargain!!

Val has actually taken days off (wow), hence the request.

Your cdh number can also be found in any Scottish Golf handicap adjustments you may have been emailed throughout the season.

Every now and again, you need to sit back, chill, and wish all you dawgs a Happy New Year.

Here's to a great 2023!

Reschedule of the 3 club competition to

0900 Monday 2nd January 2023.

Note the earlier shotgun start to allow everyone to get in before a certain football game kicks off!!

Bring and win!!!

Happy Birthday to Oor Val.

Some say, "The older the dram, the more mellow it becomes."

Val informs us. "What are you talking about ya divot. That sounds like rubbish. Get out!"

We'll leave it there...

Oh well. The weather scuppered the 3Club Challenge, so we thought we'd bring some festive joy with a few Facebook memories.

Have the greatest time during this festive season.

Don't hesitate to pop in tonight, 1900-2300, to spend the time with friends.

Some may say it's goodwill, others may argue it was the thought of Jill's turkey.

Either way, Val is opening the Clubhouse on Christmas night for light libations. 1900-2300

Come and spend the evening with friends.

Merry Christmas to all.

It's that time of year again!!

The 3 Club Xmas Comp.

Bring a prize, win a prize.

Enter via the app or rock up. Best jumper wins a donkey noise. "Hee haw"

Don't know what to get those who have everything?
Left that present a tad too late?
Need some decent time away from your loved ones?

Go on. Treat yourself to a few hours of "me time". Pack them off to the course.

Smile as you get to watch them come home broken and tamed by the mighty game.

A recent survey found that 11 out of every 10 Spouses, partners, siblings , kids and friends were happier in your company after being completely destroyed on a Golf course.

Go on, give Val a call or message us.

The best promotion since the quarter finals.

Come and enjoy the World Cup Final with friends.

Looking for an early Christmas present?

Due to the phenomenal season we had, IGC have made the decision that there will be no increase to membership fees.

We know that the cost of living is increasing and our vow has always been to remain affordable.

Based on the extremely positive survey results, our priority remains with the membership and community. We will continue to return the support you have given.

Fees aren't due til 31st March but contact Val for payment options and cheeky Christmas deals.

Have a very Merry Christmas Everyone.

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

Dear Members

Your opinions are very important to us. Back in 2019 we used your opinions and views to help shape the Club and forge our way forward through several extraordinary years. As Covid restrictions wain and we move forward into a more settled, although economically volatile time, we want to make sure we are kept as fully informed by our members as possible.

A link to a very short survey has been emailed out to members.

It can be used to promote ideas, suggest improvements, or even constructively criticise. It's completely anonymous.

If you haven't received it, please message and we shall send out the link.

Ultimately, the Club is yours. It’s ran by members for members. Please take the time to make your views known or it’s difficult to ensure we get it right.

Thanks again everyone
