Thank you girlie's for coming to my final Friday walks, I didn't take many photos as it was so windy and I think we all (babies included) just wanted to get to the cafe 😂☕️

For future walks please follow on instagram only as thats where info will be posted each week for Inverness walks

A lovely but very chilly walk today along the canal ❄️🤍

Next week is my last walk, the plan is to meet by whin park car park at 10am to do our usual loop of the Islands & river before finishing up either at the park (weather dependant) or botanical gardens (probably more likely!) hope to see lots of you there! ✨️🤗

Delighted to announce that & will be taking over Strong Mum Club Inverness and will be keeping the Friday walks going 🤩👏🏻 very excited to have these two awesome mama's in charge when I leave

A new page has been set up for those that want to join for regular social walks in Inverness please follow for updates on Friday's walks and other free social meet ups

There will no longer be fitness classes etc. But still a lovely bunch of regular mama's who love to get outdoors with their little ones, meet like minded mums for walks and of course coffee and cake!

Don't worry - I'll still be over here on this page with other things happening including munro hikes, fitness content, tips, advice and online coaching info!
