// NEW BLOCK. 27/7

Every block at PACE ends with a re-test, proof I guess you could say.

The last one finished with test week on the gym floor and for many, at Turf Games.

Now we “reload”.

A short transition phase where intensity is managed, movement quality improved, and the base gets rebuilt before we go again.

New block starts Monday 27th July.

If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to join PACE, this is probably it!

Link in bio, or message us “new block”.

We’ll drop over more info!

// One of the OGs 🐐

Been with us close to 4 years now, and a massive part of our PACE family!

A fantastic person, always a smile on her face, and welcoming to every single person who comes into PACE!

…also, like many of our members, she has no clue just how good she is!

One of the best tekkers you’ll see when she’s slinging a barbell about during cleans, Nene’s loves a clean!!

Or on a rower pulling 1700’s like nothing!

Seeing her just constantly improve over the years has been awesome, getting stronger, fitter, and partaking in Hyrox, Turf Games etc!

Well in Neneh, a true legend of PACE!

Athlete Spotlight

Ashton “The Third Lung” Bell, one of the nicest guys you’ll meet, and some athlete!

Just off the back of competing at Turf at the weekend where he put in an unreal performance with his team!

This guy has always been a great athlete, but to see him just get better and better over the years since joining has been awesome.

Always sending it, never holding anything back, and just a great guy to have in and around the gym!

Can’t wait to see just how good this guy can get!!

Well in mate!

Episode 2 now live!

In this episode of CONVERSATIONAL PACE®, we sit down with one of our own members, Colin Chalmers.

Almost exactly a year ago, Colin experienced a heart scare that landed him in hospital. What followed is a story that speaks for itself, a consultant telling him that his training had put him in a far stronger position than most, and a recovery that saw him back in the gym and going from strength to strength.

Colin shares his journey from trying the gym door three times before finally stepping inside, to competing at Turf Games with the PACE® community, and most recently taking on the Deadly Dozen in Edinburgh alongside his daughter Hannah.

We talk about training as you get older, the mindset instilled in him from a farming upbringing, doing your best over winning, and why he feels 28 despite what his birth certificate says.

More than anything, this is an honest conversation about health, family, community, and the second lease of life that comes from simply showing up and putting in the effort.

Whether you’re already part of the PACE® community, someone who’s been putting off walking through the door of a gym, or you’re simply looking for a reminder that it’s never too late to start, this one’s for you.
